What is Your Turnaround Time?
Our custom embroidered knits currently have a 2-5 week turnaround time before pick-up or shipping. If you are purchasing your knit for a special occasion and need it for a specific date please reach out to us via the contact form below and we will do our very best to accommodate. For any last minute gifts or purchases we recommend taking a look at the pre-embroidered collection or opting for a Lily & Cole gift card.
Can I Purchase in Person?
We might be spotted at various pop-up shows around Ontario - keep your eyes on our IG page for any updates on locations or send us a message - we love to hear from you!
Do you offer free local pickup?
Yes, in Ancaster Ontario. Local pickup is at Curated Cradle and is available on Tuesdays between the hours of 10am-4pm ONLY. If pickup between these hours does not work for you please opt for shipping at checkout.
What are your Shipping Fees?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping across Canada and the USA. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
What is Your Return Policy?
For non-custom items please refer to our return policy page. Due to the handmade nature of our custom knits we do not currently accept returns; however, if you are not happy with your item for any reason please reach out to us via the contact page on our site - we will do our best to make it right.
How Do Sizes Fit?
Our custom knits are slightly oversized; however, we always recommend sizing up. Our Knits look cute oversized and this will also ensure more time for your little to wear the item.
What are the care instructions for a Custom Knit?
In order to maintain the quality of your custom embroidered knit please always ensure you follow the care instructions. All items are hand wash with cold water only & lay flat to dry.
